What are your business hours?
Monday – Friday, 8AM – 6PM PST.  After hours and weekend emergency support are available with support contracts. Off-hours installations available with prior arrangement.
What do you charge for technical service?
Rates depend on the type of service, and range from $90-$115 per hour. Remote support is generally $10-15 per hour less than services requiring an on-site visit..
What type of systems do you work on?
Most of our work is on Microsoft Windows systems, with support for Mac computers within mixed environments.
What is your service area?
Our primary direct service area is Seattle and King County, although we can make special travel arrangements to support clients in other locations. Remote support services are available in all 50 states.
Do you sell products and software?
Product and software sales of are not our emphasis. This is because we believe our objectivity is central to the trusted relationshipswith clients we try to maintain. When we resell products and subscriptions we do so at cost. Usually we assist clients with finding the very best values and helping them make those purchases directly.
